About us

Leeds Autism Practice has been supporting autistic and neurodivergent individuals since 2024. We provide high-quality, evidence-based assessments and psychological support.

Our approach is grounded in respect, empathy, and neuroaffirmative practice. We aim to create a safe, validating space where individuals can explore their strengths, challenges, and needs with confidence.

Clinical team

Dr. Chris Worfolk
Principal Psychologist

Chris is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society and holds degrees from the University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett University and Trinity College Dublin.

Chris’s previous experience includes nine years as Clinical Director of Anxiety Leeds, as well as working in student counselling, primary care, and the specialist trauma unit at Tallaght Hospital.

In addition to his clinical work, Chris is Director of Teaching at Holbeck College.

Professional accreditations

We are regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), which is the government regulator for psychologists, and follow the ethical standards of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
